These Two Egyptian Journalists Won The Pulitzer Prize And We’re Proud

Two Egyptian women have made history, Egyptian-Yemeni Maggie Michael and Egyptian-Canadian photographer Nariman El-Mofty have become the first-ever female Egyptians to win The Pulitzer Prize. Sharing their winning is video journalist Maad Al Zekri.
The team won the prize for their work on their in-depth series of the Yemeni Civil War and the destruction it left behind.
