4 New MCU Movies In The Works After Avengers: Endgame

With Avengers: Endgame set to hit theatres next month fans are both excited and petrified of the epic conclusion of The Avengers Series. But something to get their spirits lifted is the talk about some of the most anticipated MCU that might come to our screen in the future. Here are some of the movies that might be the next phase for MCU.

1. Black Panther 2

The first Black Panther grossed $1.3 billion worldwide and took home an Oscar, the first win for Marvel Studios. Ryan Coogler is set to return as the director and of course Chadwick Boseman to reprise his role as T’Challa aka The Black Panther. No confirmed storyline has been released yet.

2. Black Widow

One of the most anticipated solo movies, not known yet if the movie will tackle the back-story of the Black Widow or will be tackling a new storyline with a new threat/villain. Scarlett Johansson will, of course, reprise her role as Natasha Romanoff as well as producing the movie. The movie is also set to be directed by Cate Shortland and expected to be released sometime in 2020.

3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

This was one of the first confirmed movies, however, due to some issues with James Gunn the movie was delayed indefinitely. Then recently after rehiring Gunn, it was announced that the movie was back in production but will be released later than expected.

4. Spider-Man: Far from Home

The first new MCU movie to be released this year on July 5 is the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming starring Tom Holland. The events will be after that of Avengers: Endgame, following Peter Parker as goes on a school trip to Europe. There, he is recruited by Nick Fury to team up with Mysterio to battle the Elementals
