The Blues are the Champions!

Batshuayi just brought the Premier league title to Chelsea!

After Conte took ff his best player Hazard and subbed him in at the 80th minute, Batshuayi scored the needed goal and the mission was accomplished. With Tottenham slipping away from their game against West ham, they made  it much easier for Chelsea to lift the trophy by giving them the chance to win 2 more games in the Premier league, so the team took advantage of the situation and gained the 6 points needed in their games against Middlesbrough and West Brom and are now officially named The Champions of the Premier League.

Chelsea showed excellence on the field this season, by spending only £20.74m on transfers this season while Manchester United who are now ending the season as the 6th on the table spent £117.7m. Premier league has been showing the world for the last two seasons, that Money doesn’t buy you an EPL trophy, Leicester City who mostly finishes every season at the mid table or maybe relegation with their ex manager Claudio Ranieri they showed that nothing is impossible and with all the stars of the EPL on the field they simply appeared as Champions.

Conte’s new formation 3-4-3 made the team jump from the 8th place on the table to 7pts clear at the top! The shift was clearly effective on the whole performance, Hazard and Pedro with a boost of confidence they both appeared differently on the field than before. Furthermore was the new signing of the season N’GoloKante whom with a mix of magic, talent and dedication played his role just as perfect as he did with Leicester City last season. With Chelsea in 2017, He won PFA Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year. He is now fully ready to gain another medal with his new club, he did not only gain a spot in the game but he has won admiration from a lot of Managers around the world and one was Shanghai Shenhua’s manager Gus Poyet saying to Omnisport: “Kante is the kind of player that all managers love to have, and that is not easy to find”.

Another example of dedication is Chelsea’s striker Diego Costa whom with 20 goals for EPL this season has joined the list of Chelsea players to score 20+ Premier league goals in multiple seasons. Not only Costa but Cesc Fabregas who became the First player ever to reach at least 10 assists in six different premier league seasons.

Conte did not need to make a 4-0 against Man United to prove he is a better manager than Mourinho this seaason, he has already been proving it with over 76 goals as the English club with the most goals and with 15 cleansheets this season. A well-deserved glory for all the players, staff and fans who kept chanting “We’re gonna win the League, Now you gotta believe us” until the last minute.
